Abstract

The first case was a 62-year-old male patient receiving adjuvant FOLFOX after surgery for sigmoid adenocarcinoma. In the seventh treatment cycle, he showed symptoms of progressive dyspnoea and an interstitial pattern was observed by imaging techniques (chest X-ray and CAT scan)/(Fig. 1).
