Abstract

Centred around the 2016 AWID forum, the article takes a retrospective look at transnational diasporic feminist organising in Romani women's movements, and the challenges of identity/diversities/sexualities over the last 20 years, with a view to finding new paradigms with potential to disrupt and transform present hegemonies within and outside the movement, to reignite former collaborations with Indigenous and Dalit women, and to create and re-imagine truly global feminist, and Indigenous collective future alliances.
