Abstract
Solution to steady plastic front based on dynamics of dislocations (additive mechanism) is supplemented with the particle velocity dispersion (collective mechanism) through the interscale momentum exchange. When both additive and collective micro-mechanisms of dynamic deformation are used, the experimental and theoretical particle velocity profiles coincide.
