Abstract
Interpreter’s Corner is a new monthly feature aimed at the large percentage (outright majority?) of SEG members who interpret geophysical and geologic data in an attempt to better understand the subsurface. Since the ultimate goal of most of today’s geophysical expenditures is to help find oil and gas cost‐effectively, the column likewise will have a strong (though not exclusive) petroleum emphasis.
