Abstract

The oblique Abrikosov flux lattice found in ${\mathrm{YBa}}_{2}$${\mathrm{Cu}}_{3}$${\mathrm{O}}_{7}$ by neutron-diffraction measurements is interpreted in terms of a simple scaling argument which makes use of infrared reflection measurements of the penetration depth anisotropy.
