Abstract

Introduction: The presence of high-risk plaque characteristics (HRPC) on coronary computed tomography angiography (CCTA) is reportedly associated with major adverse cardiac events (MACE). Similarly, invasive coronary ischemia assessment with fractional flow reserve (FFR) and instantaneous wave-free ratio (IFR) is associated with MACE. We aimed to determine whether HRPC on CCTA and invasive ischemia assessment interact to predict MACE at 1-year.
