Internet Financial Risk Early Warning System Based on Data Mining Algorithm

Abstract

The financial industry is the economic lifeline of a country. It affects social development in all aspects. In recent years, with the development of Internet technology(IT), Internet finance has become an emerging financial format, which has rapidly expanded the scope of influence of traditional finance. It has attracted people's attention for its convenience, low threshold and wide audience. This paper mainly studies the Internet FREW system based on data mining(DM) algorithm. Firstly, this paper introduces the concept of DM, constructs the Internet financial risk early warning (FREW) system by using the decision tree algorithm in the DM algorithm, designs the architecture of the Internet FREW system, and realizes the system. The performance of the Internet FREW system is tested, and the results show that the performance of the system meets the needs of daily use.
