"Transfer of HR Systems and Practices in MNCs" centers on the effects that diffusion of human resource practices has on the management of multinational corporations from a comparative perspective. "Careers Across Cultures: Toward an International Vision of Career Management" focuses on understanding alternatives to the Euro-American model of careers by examining career behavior and management in different national and cultural contexts.
