Abstract
In this paper I describe the development and current status of international law governing the exploration for, and exploitation of, deep-sea mineral resources. Specifically, I review the:-Important mineral resources found in the deep-sea;-Development of international law over them;-Current regulatory regime; and-Status of exploration and exploitation.
