Relevance. The study is relevant because the global trend in public administration emphasizes respecting citizens' legitimate rights and interests. As a key law enforcement agency, the police play a crucial role in this respect. Transitioning to a service model can transform the police from a punitive body to one that serves society and provides quality services. Purpose.
