Abstract

The eighth plenary meeting of the International Cotton Advisory Committee was held in Brussels from April 25 to 30, 1949, to review the world cotton situation and exchange information concerning the cotton policies of the member governments. Eighteen nations were represented at the meeting while twelve governments sent observers.
