Abstract

PREFACEINTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE FOOD SCIENCE AND ENGINEERING (ICFSE) 2016The International Conference on Food Science and Engineering (ICFSE) 2016 is an international scientific forum initiated to overcome food safety and security problems as well as factors affecting them. Food safety and security problems have emerged as the main issue and challenge attracting more attention from various scientists, government, and regulatory bodies worldwide.
