Abstract

1. Introduction The Department of Civil Engineering, Manipal University Jaipur, India has organised two-day International Conference on “Community based Research and Innovations in Civil Engineering (CBRICE-2021)” on 18th – 19th March 2021. The conference was held virtually owing to the covid situation resulting into travel restrictions. The aim of the conference was to gather scientists, technocrats, scholars and young researchers of civil engineering and present the advances in the relevant fields and to foster an environment conducive to exchanging ideas and information beneficial to the community. This conference will also provide an ideal environment to develop new collaborations and meet experts on the fundamentals, applications, and products of the mentioned fields. Moreover, the conference will provide the researchers additional opportunities to gain exposure to scientific concepts and methods related to applications in the different fields of Civil Engineering. 2.
