Abstract The term “international bill of rights” refers to three documents drafted under the auspices of the United Nations, each proclaiming a list of fundamental human rights: the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR), and the International Covenant on Economic, Social, and Cultural Rights (ICESCR).
