Abstract

In several developed countries, the «e-government» is one of the main elements of the formation of modern society and open public administration. «E-government» allows citizens to quickly get answers to socially important questions without interacting directly with civil servants, removes all sorts of administrative barriers when receiving public services, and facilitates access to official information. Currently, we can say that Kazakhstan is actively implementing «e-government» and the country is one of the leaders in Asia in this direction. Our country demonstrates significant progress in the development of «e-government» and its implementation in the daily life of the country and society.
