Abstract
This chapter focuses on international administrative tribunals (IATs), which are judicial bodies established by international organizations and have the authority to settle disputes between international organizations and employees on employment matters. The discussions include the reason for having administrative tribunals; whether international organizations have the authority to establish IATsto settle judiciallyemployment disputes; the independence of IATs; the sources of employment law; jurisdiction of IATs; the substantive law applied by IATs; remedies prescribed by IATs; and the enforcement of judgments of IATs.
