Abstract
In response to Frances Wheatley, (letters November 14) I think she has missed the point. I do not enforce internal rotation. The two night staff, one E grade and one C grade (doing her conversion course), requested night duty. The remaining staff work the rota between themselves to suit their circumstances and the ward is always covered with a good skill mix.
