Abstract

The article examines the possibilities of using the internal resources of the meso-level economy for the purpose of advanced development. The strategy of advanced development for the Russian Federation today seems to be a search for the most optimal combination of intensifying innovation and recreating classic production facilities, which necessitates the need to initiate additional demand for the latest technologies. The purpose of the study is to study and analyze the state of the internal resources of the meso-level economy in order to formulate a strategy for advanced development in the context of a change in technological structures. In conclusion, this study presents possible vectors for the participation of internal resources in the rapid development of one of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation - the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic.
