Abstract
The article highlights the components and principles of the system of internal control of health care quality in a medical institution. An analysis of the degrees of quality control of health care at the level of a medical institution is presented. It is shown how a continuous system of quality control of medical care is developed and formalized at the level of a health care institution. The requirements for the Regulation on the quality control system of medical care of the institution are given. The components of expert evaluation of the level of diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation, the rules of sociological research are described. An analysis of clinical audit (internal and external) is also presented.
