Abstract

The paper presents the features of the personal response to the disease in adult middle-aged people suffering from the increased sensitivity of dentin on the background of type 2 diabetes mellitus using the TOBOL technique. It is shown that the presence of hyperesthesia of hard tooth tissues not only affects the internal picture of the patient’s illness, but also adversely affects their physical, mental and social well-being. The patients’ use of the therapeutic and prophylactic toothpaste R.O.C.S. Sensitive Instant Relief with calcium hydroxyapatite and calcium glycerophosphate for individual oral care allowed in 88% of cases completely eliminated the clinical symptoms of hyperesthesia of hard tooth tissues in 15 days and in 52% of cases optimize the personal response of patients to this pathology.
