Abstract

A 62-year-old male was admitted with anterior wall ST-elevation myocardial infarction, angiography reported a proximal lesion in the left descendant artery. Percutaneous coronary intervention was performed, with no complications, still, 72 h the electrocardiogram showed intermittent isorhythmic dissociation.
