Abstract
Measurements have been made of the neutron spectra produced at 0° by (p,n) reactions on D, T, 7Li and 9Be targets using 30 and 50 MeV protons. The production of intermediate energy neutrons by (p,n) reactions on light nuclei is discussed and some suggestions made as to the most suitable targets for the 20 to 150 MeV energy region.
