Abstract

Much environmentally related litigation involves a request for interlocutory injunctive relief, which calls for the exercise of equity powers by the judiciary. This article explores how courts have treated such requests for relief in environmental cases, and discusses the legal, strategic and practical elements involved in seeking or resisting such relief.
