Abstract
A leaky-wave antenna (LWA) with interleaved arc-slots etched on Substrate Integrated Waveguide (SIW) for conical beam radiation is proposed. The antenna works at 5.8 GHz, and can realize conical beam with a maximum angle of θ = 27° in the elevation plane. The antenna is with low-profile (h = 0.0387 λ 0 ), and the average gain along beam contour is 5 dBi.
