Abstract
The experience of JSC «The Institute for Certified Reference Materials» (JSC «ICRM») in organizing and conducting inter-laboratory comparative tests (ICT) is considered. ICT are conducted to determine the values of certified characteristics of standard samples and examine the qualifications of the laboratories. Data on ICT carried out by JSC ISO in 2012 – 2017, as well as information on the ICT program for 2018 are presented. Some issues emerged upon accreditation of the JSC «ICRM» as a provider of inter-laboratory comparative tests are considered.

Êàöèè ëàáîðàòîðèé êàê ó÷àñòíèêîâ ìåæëàáîðàòîðíûõ ñðàâíèòåëüíûõ èñïûòàíèé (ÌÑÈ). — â êà÷åñòâå ïðîâàéäåðà ïðîâåðîê êâàëèôèêàöèè ëàáîðàòîðèé (â ñîîòâåòñòâèè ñ òðåáîâàíèÿìè ìåæäóíàðîäíîãî ñòàíäàðòà ÈÑÎ/ÌÝÊ 17043:2010). Èíñòèòóò áûë àêêðåäèòîâàí Ôåäåðàëüíîé ñëóæáîé ïî àêêðåäèòàöèè (ÔÑÀ) â êà÷åñòâå ïðîâàéäåðà ÌÑÈ. Ñâåäåíèÿ î ÇÀÎ «ÈÑλ êàê î ïðîâàéäåðå ÌÑÈ áûëè âíåñåíû â ðååñòð àêêðåäèòîâàííûõ ëèö ÔÑÀ. 1) ïîäòâåðæäåíî ñîîòâåòñòâèå ïðîâàéäåðà ÇÀÎ «ÈÑλ òðåáîâàíèÿì ÃÎÑÒ ISO/IEC 17043–2013 [3], îäíàêî ïðè àêêðåäèòàöèè íåîáõîäèìî ðóêîâîäñòâîâàòüñÿ êðèòåðèÿìè, óñòàíîâëåííûìè ïðèêàçîì Ìèíýêîíîìðàçâèòèÿ Ðîññèè îò 30.05.2014 ã. Îïûòà ðàáîòû ïî îðãàíèçàöèè ïðîâåäåíèÿ ìåæëàáîðàòîðíûõ ñëè÷èòåëüíûõ èñïûòàíèé â îáëàñòè àêêðåäèòàöèè, óêàçàííîé â çàÿâëåíèè îá àêêðåäèòàöèè èëè â ðååñòðå àêêðåäèòîâàííûõ ëèö, íå ìåíåå òðåõ ëåò». Êàê è òðåáîâàíèå «íàëè÷èÿ ó ïðîâàéäåðà ìåæëàáîðàòîðíûõ ñëè÷èòåëüíûõ èñïûòàíèé ïî îñíîâíîìó ìåñòó ðàáîòû íå ìåíåå òðåõ ðàáîòíèêîâ...», îòñóòñòâóåò â ÃÎÑÒ ISO/IEC 17043–2013.
