Abstract
Актуальность. Наиболее частой мутацией в гене TOR1A (DYT1) (9q34), обусловливающей дистонию 1-го типа (дофа-независимую форму торсионной дистонии), является делеция c.907 -909delGAG в 5-м экзоне гена (303delGlu). В российской популяции у больных цервикальной дистонией этой мутации не обнаружено.
