Abstract
The interfacial tension σ1 of phase-separated3He-4He mixtures has been measured between 0.5 K and the tricritical point. The observed decrease of σ i on approaching the tricritical point is much stronger than for ordinary critical points. Our data are consistent with a critical exponent μ=2.
