Abstract
Interfacial Assembly of Graphene Oxide In article number 2101659, Milad Kamkar, Uttandaraman Sundararaj, and co-workers demonstrate the great performance of graphene oxide (GO) nanosheets at the interface of oil and water. Super elasticity with the highest ever reported interfacial storage modulus at oil/water interface is achieved in the presence of only 0.04 vol.% of GO, enabling sculpting water in oil in any desired shape.
