Abstract
ABSTRACTHigh Tc superconducting thin films were prepared by DC triode sputtering and laser ablation. With both deposition methods we were able to fabricate thin films on SrTiO3 which show an onset at Tcf=92 K. The superconductive transition is complete at Tcf=86 K. On other substrates like Al2O3, MgO and ZrO2 relatively poor results were obtained.
