Abstract

A study on interculturality is presented from the scenario of change imposed by the globalizing effect as well as the impact of new technologies and their applications in higher education, first clarifying the terms culture, pluricultural, multicultural, intercultural, intracultural, among others. The educational curriculum is approached from different points of view. An analysis of intercultural educational policies is made and the case of the Universidad Autónoma Indígena de México and the Tarasco Project is discussed to illustrate the achievements in intercultural education at the top level in Mexico. &nbsp
