Abstract
An immunoperoxidase technique was applied to the study of chromosomal structure. Using the immunoperoxidase technique with the anti-native DNA antibody, fibrous structure of human chromosomes and interchromosomal connections could be revealed by light microscopy in acid-alcohol fixed and air-dried chromosomal preparations.
