Studies of some forms of activating the work of students in Ukrainian as a foreign language have shown that there is a need to diversify the forms of presentation of material. However, the complexity of the implementation of interactive teaching methods requires the teacher to have a thorough knowledge of the methods of their organization. It was found that the main purpose of interactive methods is the development of creative thinking, creative approach to activity, formation of research skills. These problem classes, round tables, business and role-playing games are just some of the forms of learning organization, which, however, bring a very positive result. In general, the range of problems that arise in the organization of interactive learning is also considered. Considerable attention is paid in the article to the role of students in interactive learning, as well as the main task of the teacher during the lesson. The conditions under which it is possible to apply the mentioned techniques are determined, their expediency depending on the level of preparation of the student audience is substantiated. It is noted that at the initial stage of language learning the teacher should deepen the motivation of students to learn. Over time, as students expand their vocabulary and basic theoretical knowledge of the language, it becomes possible to implement more complex interactive forms of learning that allow them to communicate with each other and with the teacher. According to the authors, the use of interactive forms makes it possible to bring the educational process as close as possible to practical activities.
