Abstract

The paper presents the structure of the interactive course "Descriptive Geometry and Engineering Graphics", which is used in distance learning at the Department of Descriptive Geometry, Engineering and Computer Graphics of the National Technical University of Ukraine "Kyiv Polytechnic Institute named after Igor Sikorsky". The course is located on the distance learning platform "Sikorsky", which was created at the university, for the accumulation of all distance learning courses, and the organization of purposeful management of the educational process of the university during distance learning.For many years, the developed distance textbook for the course "Descriptive Geometry" was used to organize independent work of full-time and part-time students. Approbation of the courses of descriptive geometry and engineering graphics created on its basis during the last semester, where it became the main source of educational information, allows to conclude that well-organized distance education using modern information technologies provides an opportunity to get a good level of learning material quality in a convenient mode, adapted to the individual needs of students.In the future, it is planned to further improve the course and its maximum adaptation for teaching students graphic disciplines in a distance learning environment.
