Abstract

The coacervation of benzyltriphenylphosphonium chloride in solutions of sodium dodecyl sulfate has been studied at different temperatures and in the presence of added electrolyte. A complex coacervate is formed between the two species. Solubilization of the coacervate in sodium dodecyl sulfate micelles is also considered.
