Abstract

Dynamic changes in the secondary structures of BSA and β-LG observed when adsorbed onto nanoscale α-Fe2O3 surfaces. Adsorbed phosphate, a common oxyanion found in the environment, impacts protein surface coverage and modulates protein structure.
