Abstract

A solution of the problem of supersonic flow past a wavy wall with an adjacent subsonic layer is obtained. The solution is a generalization of the well-known solutions [1] of the linear problem of purely subsonic and purely supersonic flow past a wavy wall and goes over into these solutions in the limiting cases of infinite and zero wall-layer thickness, respectively.
