Abstract
In the low energy limit interacting open superstrings can be approximated by ten-dimensional N=1 supersymmetric Yang-Mills theories. Here we show that these Yang-Mills theories can be conjugated into free field theories. The generators of our conjugations are obtained by generalising the standard Chern-Simons three-form into a three-form that takes values in the exterior algebra of ten-dimensional Dirac matrices.
