Abstract
T1 measurements in a quasi-1D Heisenberg system are applied to the determination of inter- and intra-chain exchange coupling. The inter-chain coupling is evaluated as J' ≈ 0.5–1 K on both sides of the structural transition at 240 K. However the 1D character is not so pronounced above 240 K.
