Abstract

This study investigates the activities of healthcare organizations on managing the online heathcare communities (OHCs) in the Covid-19 context. The article detects all the factors which affects continuous participation intention, such as the perceived community support, user interactions, the value co-creation factors. The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and Smart PLS 3.3 software are used to illustrate all the factors. This study contributes to literature the mediating effects to the continuous participation intention that clarifying the correlation of coefficients to positively enhance the number of users for the OHCs. We have collected 409 observations and tested the reliability and validity tests. Our main findings point out the essential role of social value on greatly contributing to the managerial implications for administrating the online healthcare communities.
