Abstract
This paper is on with the intention that the researchers may be able to begin conducting their research on most modern methodology available in the world. As world has become a global village and knowledge of all people has become available, research has become easier. Liberty of a human being which respects dignity of mankind is the core element to be studied by all of us. Standards are like atomic numbers, atomic weights, atomic properties and they are International rather universal standards for the time being according to the extent of human orientation. Experiences and wisdom of the past people who were also human beings is most respectable. What they have left behind must not be allowed to go waste or unattended. We have to live in the new era but there was and there will be future. Nothing is unnatural. Law is but a rule of conduct. And a conduct is a mutual affair. And mutuality has a grace where there is sincerity and honesty called bona fide. Device and disguise are not the same things. There are niceties in terms as in Intention and Motive. I have simply pricked to encourage further research with the hope that to intend to do it will enlighten the heart and mind. This will also help who intend to know the philosophy of any term.
