Abstract

Web surveys using digital platforms are one of the popular ways to conduct mass research. However, the intelligent analysis of the answers has a number of features based on the subject area of the conducted surveys. The paper presents a methodology for analyzing the results of mass web surveys with open-ended questions, developed on the basis of the use of text processing methods and LDA (Latent Dirichlet allocation). The results for the federal survey of educational psychologists are presented.
