Abstract

Abstract[Objective] A new type of intelligent monitoring and visual analysis system for the new air source tobacco curing barn was designed according to the tobacco curing efficiency and curing process level. [Method] The system uses SHT30 high-precision temperature and humidity sensor and thermal wind sensor based on CMOSens chip and thermal wind speed sensor as the data acquisition source. The data is transmitted to the core control panel of the lower computer through the IIC protocol, and the NRF905 wireless module is used to upload the data to the Labview monitoring system, and at the same time, Matlab is used for visual analysis. [Results] The intelligent monitoring and analysis system operates reliably. It has good monitoring ability in both the temperature stabilization stage and the heating stage, and real-time feedback of the temperature field, humidity field and wind speed field changes of the oven. Using the Matlab visual analysis system to monitor and analyze the horizontal and vertical plane visualization of the key space nodes of the barn. [Conclusion] This system provides an experimental theoretical data basis for studying the physiological changes of tobacco with the change of temperature and humidity during the curing process, and provides favorable support for exploring the improvement process of tobacco curing and improving the curing efficiency and quality of tobacco.KeywordsSensorAgricultural bakingData correlationVisual analysis
