Abstract

In this paper a high accuracy accelerometers and chip microprocessor has been adoped, which has used in measurement and control of Micro-G. In this paper, the design of Micro-G survey instrument compensator and kalman filter is discussed. The accelerometer with a chip microprocessor begins to become intelligent. It would perform failure detection, linerization, changing measuring range, error compensation. The use of intelligence signal allows efficiently rising measure accuraacy and reduces errors caused by temperature changes, stochastic noise and other error sources.
