Abstract
In view of the complex assembly models of aircraft and ships, such as complex parts, many assembly parts, high design repetition rate and long design time in the process of designing each part, a human-machine intelligent design technology system for aircraft structural parts was proposed based on model and knowledge. The method was based on CATIA software platform. The intelligent variant design technology based on case-based reasoning (CBR) is implemented, which can quickly extract feature information and realize intelligent design. In order to improve the design efficiency of typical aircraft parts, a variant design module integrated with CATIA system is developed by using object-oriented programming language. Taking sheet metal parts of typical aircraft parts as an example, the variant design method is verified, and it is shown that the hybrid intelligent design system of aircraft parts can be realized by using CATIA secondary development technology and CAA programming tool.
