Abstract

The equipment in medium and low voltage distribution network are complicated, located at wide range of points and their switch conditions are variable. Restricted by traditional management methods, inaccurate topological relation makes it hard to achieve lean management in medium and low voltage distribution network. The automatic identification of topological relation in medium and low voltage distribution network takes significant role in sorting out the distribution network ledger under 10kV completely and offering technical support for enhancing the management of distribution network. With respect of equipment load rate, power supply reliability, voltage qualification rate and line loss rate of the same period, we establish the goal of collecting all the data successfully and automatically, synchronizing all the files, connecting all the relation among the rates, reaching all the indexes and monitoring all the anomalies. We make unified use of the power grid information and resource, fully excavate the value of smart meters, accelerate the development of smart terminals and the promotion of new technologies such as broadband carrier over power line. We finally realize automatic acquisition, online monitoring, rapid elimination and objective evaluation in grid-based distribution network. It will provide strong support for scientific planning, intelligent control and smart operation in distribution network. It also promotes cross-border integration of distribution network and information network. The management efficiency and development quality of medium and low voltage distribution network will be comprehensively improved, as a result.
