Abstract
This paper describes the development of a user friendly automatic Sequential CIRcuit Test System, SCIRTSS, for Custom VLSI design. The only description of the digital circuit required by SCIRTSS is written in A Hardware Programming Language, AHPL. SCIRTSS has been tested and found to function properly for AHPL description of large digital systems.
