Abstract
Eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) is a multifactorial, complex allergic disorder of the esophagus. GWAS have identified potential causal loci, however overall these are associated with modest increases in disease risk. This study integrates gene expression and epigenetic data with GWAS to more completely characterize the molecular basis of EoE.
