Abstract

AbstractThis article describes the integration of personal computer (PC) use into the academic program in electromagnetics within electrical engineering at Virginia Tech. The specific approach found to be successful in a curriculum that requires students to have their own PC is presented. The associated principles are general and can be applied to any engineering instructional program.
