Abstract

Integration of digitalization in education has become the need of the hour. The emergence of technology has posed several challenges to the entire education system, especially teachers who are direct contact point for the students. Pandemic is another key reason for education to blend digitalization. Digitalization in education has changed the way teachers perceive the entire system of teaching and learning pedagogy. Current study aims towards identifying and analyzing teachers’ perception towards digital pedagogy and their inputs in making the teaching, learning and evaluation process robust and constructive. A sample size for the study is 15 teachers’ who are part of higher education. Descriptive analysis is done and 5-point likert scale is used to understand teachers’ perception towards digital pedagogy and its effectiveness to the students. The study indicates that digital pedagogy if used precisely can act as an effective mechanism in enhancing the critical and analytical thinking of the students.
