Abstract

The use of different chromatographic methods in a crude–oil quality monitoring system is briefly described: C1—C6 hydrocarbon content, distillation by the method of simulated distillation with Multiplan interpretation of the chromatogram (determination of the n–paraffin content and prediction of the quality of light cuts ), and aromatic hydrocarbon content in diesel cuts by high–performance liquid chromatography (HPLC ) and other indexes.
